I think it would be a very positive experience for a SAHM to re-enter the workforce via a school she would likely be heavily involved with anyway. I think that provides great stability to the children of the school and that the only people who would not benefit from this are people on the waitlist who feel like they are more deserving of the spot than someone who works for the school for any amount of money.[/quote]
