Please stop.[/quote] I have large thigh muscles (thanks college-level soccer!) and found that my whole body, including my legs, feel and look leaner/longer when I do Pilates and barre. Getting leaner overall helps too of course. Just sharing my experience. Not sure why you're so argumentative. One of my friends (also former soccer player) swears by distance running. My knees are trashed so I can't try that. [/quote]
