I know I'm not OP but a pension could make a big difference to your life after working and you could see it as buying you future freedom... Yes, you are right. Walking away from a pension now is not ideal and I do hate that it is a huge factor in keeping me here. It isn't THAT bad, I can stick it out, but if there were better options I was going to explore them. Thanks! [/quote]
