But, I would be concerned about baby getting all the nutritional needs met. [/quote] Almost all families with infants either breastfeed, use formula, or combine the two in some way. If a family is absolutely ruling out one of the two options, then it seems reasonable to expect that they would investigate the other option, rather than feeding their infant something questionable. Now, of course it's possible this mother can't breastfeed.[/quote]
