Dislikes: brain drain when kids start going private as early as 4th grade; complacency and lack of intellectual rigor starting in 2nd, when it really should start.  Kids in 3rd have a harder time adjusting - I think they should lower the academic hammer and homework hammer a year earlier and raise the bar.

But set all of my kids off to an incredible start.  And now we finally have a decent looking building.  LOVED the fact that all the parents for all those years did not judge the book by its cover, but we are seriously starting to have a decent physical environment which delights my remaining kids and I think was LONG overdue, and they are not planning to expand the class sizes - still constrained by space and ethos, just a much cooler space...........[/quote]
