I'd like to replace the sink granite as well, but perhaps it won't be so garish if we just remove the 6 inch splash-guard rim and cut a large hole in the granite to bottom-mount a large sink.

The most pressing issue is that we need to replace the toilet immediately.  I'd like to replace with white, to match the rest of the house, but that would stand out like a sore thumb in this bath unless I was SURE we are going to re-do the whole thing.  Should we replace with an almond colored toilet to match the tub?  Is there any way to salvage an almond colored bathroom?  Lighter paint? Better lighting?  [/quote]
