It was a light snowfall at the height of rush hour. My son, an 8th grader in DCPS, had to get off the metro bus on Porter because it couldn't get up the hill. He ended up walking to Georgetown. Luckily he used his teen brain for good that morning and put on snow pants and boots. This storm has the potential to be very similar to January. If it isn't, then fine.
