I know it's nowhere near enough, but as we're starting the uniform bank from scratch I just don't think it will be possible to supply what people actually need. I was going to do lower income people can pick X number of things, and then after everyone has had a few weeks to make their requests, let people take more from what's left. I thought it would be better to give a few things to many people, rather than a lot to the first few who ask.[/quote]
