But for no one else. Many go in, see the dysfunction and leave. 100 teachers new to the District quit by October. Others continue to leave. To their credit, the District seems to acknowledge the problem and want to retain teachers. But they're doing nothing to get at the reason they leave. Some after just days. So maybe there needs to be a change at the top to help stop the crazy turnover everywhere else.[/quote]
