Finally have an appt to see an RE now, as there is a particular protocol for Hashimoto's/Hypo women that can be helpful.

LIke others have said - the cold feet stick around even when exercising. I go to what should be super sweaty vinyasa yoga classes, but I come out with barely a glimmer of sweat on my face AND freezing feet while most others have sweat pooled around their mats. I've practiced yoga for 15 years and prior to thyroid issues, I'd have been drenched in any of these classes.[/quote]
