We have a small house (3 bedroom ranch with finished basement). The open, common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen) are all one color (crown molding is white). All three bedrooms and the upstairs bathrooms are different colors. It gives the house some personality. I would hate it if every single room was the exact same color.
