For a while, I had to take my spouse to doctor appointment at NIH. If you travel westbound between 8am and 9:30am it will be painful (like double the normal time). Likewise, the eastbound commute if bad from about 3:30 to 6:00pm. So, for a commute, you have to commit to working very early or very late. If you go outside of those hours, the commute isn't a problem (about 40 minutes from northern PG).[/quote]
