You say that after sex you usually start having pregnancy symptoms and then very bad cramping and a bad period. First, how soon after sex are those symptoms coming? Implantation doesn't occur until 6-12 days after fertilization, and it's rare to start having symptoms until at least a week or so after that (you can't have symptoms before implantation). Coincidentally, this tends to correspond with when most women will start to have PMS after ovulation, and the symptoms are very similar, so what you think are pregnancy symptoms could very well be PMS. Also, how frequently are you having sex that this is happening after every time you have sex?

How do you know you're anemic when you get your period? Have you been tested by a doctor during your period to verify this? Your period can give similar fatigue symptoms.[/quote]
