At 5.5, it's not normal boy curiosity. Age 10, yes. 5.5, no. At school, there are clear expectations about internet use. He needs to understand that there are rules at home as well. Disable the browsers. Now. He can use games/apps that you have set up. That's it. You don't have to talk with him in a shameful way. Just explain that there are some things that are for adults. Let him know that you're happy to talk with him about bodies and how we grow and change. Get some age-appropriate books with correct terminology and read them together. If there is a dad in his life, include him in the conversation.
It's very normal 5.5 boy curiosity. A 5 year old googles naked people because he's learned that there's something taboo, and of course that makes him curious. A 5 year old who was turned on by naked people would be concerning, but there's no evidence that that's what happened. The only thing not totally normal here is that OP's kid seems to be a better speller than the average 5 year old. I agree with the suggestion to get a book to read together. I'd also implement some rules about screens being visible, and about which search sites to use. Pick a kid friendly one, and make it your home page. That way if he does search, it's not a big deal.
