Hey ! Stop the mean girl act! I'm not OP, but my DD was also very skinny with the same dimensions at age 13. and is now 5"5' and 90 pounds on a good day now in HS. DD is simply a late bloomer whose body size is completely in keeping with familial history. I am SO tired of the criticism of women and girls bodies!!!!! Wer're either anorexic or fat and if we somehoow fall into the sweet spot between the two, then are boobs aren't big enough or our butt is too big. OP didn't ask for anyone's advice about whether her DD's size was healthy - she simply asked about jean brands that fit. We found old navy, aeropostale, and Hollister to work at different stages. Stick with super skinny and/or jegging styles made out of denim (for more of a "jean" look) since they are usually cut much slimmer. look for size 000 or size 24. We also found a few pairs of leggings or knit pants with thicker material at Nordstrom's that DD liked. If you can't find anything, consider taking the closest fit to the drycleaner seamstress and have her take a few pairs in. Good luck. It's very demoralizing when slow developing girls are old enough to have HS tastes but are still shopping in the kids department where pink and purple cuteness is inescapable.
