OP didn't ask for anyone's advice about whether her DD's size was healthy - she simply asked about jean brands that fit.

We found old navy, aeropostale, and Hollister to work at different stages.  Stick with super skinny and/or jegging styles made out of denim (for more of a "jean" look) since they are usually cut much slimmer.  look for size 000 or size 24.  We also found a few pairs of leggings or knit pants with thicker material at Nordstrom's that DD liked.

If you can't find anything, consider taking the closest fit to the drycleaner seamstress and have her take a few pairs in.
