Nothing was covered by insurance (but insurance also didn't cover me locally). I used as many points as I could for flights and hotels. I later cycled at ORM, sort of CCRM "lite" (founded by a co-founder of CCRM) and found it much cheaper to travel there, even though farther. For one thing, I didn't have to rent a car as I did at CCRM. ORM was also slightly lower priced at the time. I don't even want to estimate how much I spent per fresh cycle. I know that isn't helpful, but it was a lot.[/quote]
