It's a totally individual choice and what works varies greatly depending on what the individual is looking for from the prenatal to the birthing experience. It also depends on where you live, work and at what hospital you want to deliver. The list of practices I considered will do nothing for you unless you are more specific in what you're looking for/where you are. I think you need to figure out what you want and ask more specific questions on a random Internet forum to narrow down your choice. [/quote]
