No rinsing = bad smell and taste. Some boxed products come pre-rinsed. OP, I usually just rinse in my glass measuring cup. Swish around, let it settle, pour off the water a few times. I lose some quinoa sometimes, but generally it's fast and easy this way. [/quote]
