I don't know where you are located, but the ENT practice at Children's Hospital in DC does both tongue tie and lip tie evaluations.  My DS is having lip tie surgery next week to correct an upper lip tie that is preventing him from latching to nurse.  His pediatrician already clipped his tongue tie, but said I needed a specialist for the lip tie.

If you are in Ashburn, Kidz Smilez does evaluation and correction

My DS#1 had severe tongue tie and could barely swallow before it was clipped.

Oh, just wanted to add, if you are near College Park, MD, Dr. Eduardo Armenta does tongue tie, he's my pediatrician I mentioned above.
