I stand in agreement. NP here.

BTW OP - my DH and I went though this. He was unemployed for over a year. We didn't understand, but we never wanted for anything. Fast forward later, it was meant to be that way - we had a family issue that worked out with him being available. Also helped DH look at himself and improve some other things he would not have done had he just been getting a steady check. Each challenge increases your resilience and it is all in how you look at life. When the time is right, the right door will open. You want the best fit, not the wrong one! He did finally get a job offer, and it was better than anything we were expecting.

Divine intervention was not needed for any of this.  Nice that he was available to deal with the family issue but do you really think God engineered him losing his job so he could look out for family interests? -- and then God found him a really great job when the family issue resolved?   God did this for you while letting children die and poor people get even poorer?[/quote]
