What do you think?[/quote] I usually go a little higher in the 300-325 range for 1-1/2 to 2 hrs but you can play with it and see what works. Make sure you yank the membrane off the back and you can also google oven ribs etc, not for the bbq aspect but for cooking times. Works for me.[/quote]
