I don't think that would mush it up.[/quote] I've used the mixer with the paddle when shredding chicken breasts for soup and it works wonderfully. Haven't tried it with pork yet--the only difference should be having to get rid of the fatty bits if you use shoulder. I would think a food processor would overdo it. [/quote]
