It's not really fair to say that she is hijacking this thread. Furthermore, those 25 slots point to larger issues : BASIS is having a hard time attracting and retaining students in DC. I think the administration was operating under the theory that "if we build it, they will come" and "if they come, they will stay." [/quote]
