[/quote] PP, following your recommendation, I used the Shaan masala for kebabs and grilled them on the BBQ for lunch earlier today and the result was excellent. The process was easy. About the only issue was I used ground beef and followed the instructions on the package. The kebabs did not stay completely intact. Should I use some bread crumbs to keep it together next time. The instructions did not call for it. Thanks for the suggestion re Shaan masala.[/quote]
