Then here is what I would do. Change the child's address now, get him a license in VA and open a bank account- essentially relocate him to VA and have him finish his year of HS in MD. The state will have no idea where he lays his head each night. He has a legitimate claim to becoming a VA resident and it will save you a bundle of money.[/quote]
