Here's my process... maybe I'm doing something wrong:
-Wash all parts in the dishwasher.  
-Dry parts on a drying rack on the counter (unless there's not enough time, then we use them wet - doesn't seem to make a difference).  
-Push the off-white piece into the blue piece so it fits tightly.
-Pour the milk into the bottle only up to the 4 oz line and plop the blue+off-white piece into the bottle.
-Put the white circle on top of the off-white thing.
-Put the nipple into the screw cap, and screw it on to the bottle until it's tight.
-Put on the top.

If you don't know the secret to the Dr. Brown's bottles, what bottles do you use that don't leak?  DD is almost 4 months... when will I need larger than 4 oz. bottles?  She has only had breast milk (so far) if that makes any difference in bottle size.[/quote]
