My house is $1M+ as are all the homes in this neighborhood and most of us have at least one ikea sofa if not entire rooms full of ikea furniture. Not bc we're house poor but bc it's just practical. And like PP said, a $1-1.5M home is an average 3-4 bedroom house. Not a palace worthy of custom furn...esp with toddlers. [/quote]
