It's interesting that you like Cafe Verona but not bitter coffees, because I think most Starbucks dark roasts are fairly bitter. I also think grinding coffee ahead of time makes it more bitter. I really like the Capresso Burr Grinder. It's not really expensive for a Burr Grinder but does a great job. Good if you like different types of brewing methods. Like we do French Press on the weekends and drip during the week. Occasionally pull out the espresso machine.[/quote]
