PP isn't the only person who had an issue with how you phrased the question, OP. It sounded like you wanted your Ex to pay for your lawyer. The question could have been written more clearly. And why wasn't this settled during the divorce. In MD, you can't get the final divorce decree until CS has been settled. Or were you never married to the guy?[/quote]
