Second, check out sittercity.com or care.com and select providers who have SN experience. While DS never needed a shadow, we thought it would be a good idea to have someone with prior SN experience. Our nanny was studying for her special ed masters and had prior experience working as an IA in the non-cat preschool. I would also look at the college job boards. [/quote]
