[/quote] I think it would depend on how strongly you must prevent pregnancy, as well as how old you are/how fertile you are and whether you tend to "fool around" before putting the condom on. So there's a lot to consider. The issue is that you KNOW you are fertile, yet you are using a form of contraception that has a lowish (when compared to others) reliability rating. Sure, condoms work pretty well, especially between adults who actually use them correctly. But, they still break and aren't perfect. As an aside, why would you use condoms when you know you are infertile? (unless maybe you're not in a committed monogamous relationship?) But that's the benefit of learning your signs -- no need to use anything. If you're just going to use a condom all the time, why bother charting? Just curious.[/quote]
