I met and married a conservative man.   A lot live on the upper east.  Try dating sites and make it obvious but not too obvious that you're preppy.  There are bars that cater to this but tend to be post grad.  There are also sports leagues.  I think you're meeting g these types of guys because of your industry and you simply need to venture out.  You could also join the junior league to meet female friends which should help you at least figure out where these men are hanging out.
