He lied about what they were doing.[/quote] I think what pp is getting at is there anything that states kids cannot go out of state without your permission, kid cannot stay anywhere but ex'a place, etc. Basically anything that you can use to show he violated the terms of custody. Lying to you but not violating the terms is a dick move and you probably can't do much about it. Lying and violating terms....you can take him To court. [/quote] Yes, understood.
