She always complains that she is so much smarter than everyone else and that she works so much harder, yet she comes in at 930 and never leaves past 430. She has never given me a formal performance review. She also likes to keep me out of important meetings and talks over me when we do meet with clients. When I have asked for specific direction, she gives me a very vague answer and then blows up because I was unable to read her mind. Most of the time she talks to me it is to brag about her travel plans, her daughter’s tennis awards, her beach house, etc.
