But MIL is not normal.  She went out, bought the closest fabric she could, and had a nearly identical gown to the mother of the bride's dress CUSTOM MADE.  On the wedding day, there they were, dressed like twins, or possibly really really old bedazzled bridesmaids.  It was positively bizarre.  I don't think any woman who went to this wedding will remember anything about it other than this.

1.  Don't you like your MIL better now?

2.  Why in the world would someone do this?  Why?  We have tried to figure it out, and we can't.  Does anyone have any ideas?[/quote]
