However I can offer that I saw Fred Smith, but not for very long. He may be well regarded in the area (and he is) however I never felt like he was listening to me. There are many, many good oncologists in the area who do listen to their patients. If you're looking for and/or want reconstruction I can recommend Dr. Susan Otero at WHC. She is amazing. Truly.
