Is it me or are there a lot of cat haters in this forum??!

Sorry guys, but I am a cat lover and while I do admit these feline creatures to tend to be....how do I phrase this....a little conniving and sneaky...just like my last boyfriend, I will put up with it because they are just so damn cute.

For instance, my current kitty [u]hates[/u] it when I cuddle him. Very standoffish. So when he sees me coming into the room, he always puts his head down, closes his eyes and "pretends" to be sleeping. At first, I fell for this sleek ploy. But after a few times of actually catching him awake and licking himself prior to seeing me coming, I am now on to him!!  :lol:

Also, cats are a little creepy at times. Like I will go to the kitchen real quick to get a sip of water and my kitty will be sitting on my bed. Then when I turn around from the fridge after taking my sip of water, my cat will be on the counter right behind me and scare the be-Jesus out of me. It's like..."How the hell did you get there so damn fast??"

And get this...Whenever I go to the mailbox to get my mail, I swear up and down, I [i]never[/i] EVER lock my front door, after all the mail box is just a 30 second walk from my doorstep.
Yet the past couple of days when I have come back, the door has been locked when I returned and my cat has been at the window screen just staring at me....Hmmm.... [/quote]
