customer service is great. clothes hit or miss. read the reviews, love that some people post their own pictures, pay attention to measurements. Lots of items are high-waist and short, and I'm 5'2 saying that.
This! Returns are very easy. I'm 5'0 and appreciate all the different shapes and sizes that post pictures of how they look in their outfits. Clothes are definitely hit or miss but I do love to browse their site even though I haven't kept anything I have purchased.
+1. I love ModCloth and have some very high-quality pieces (and some lower-quality ones too), but I scrutinize the reviews before buying. Customer service is top-notch--I had a helpful chat with a rep online when I was thinking about buying my first post-baby two-piece bathing suit and was baffled by vintage sizing. She picked exactly the right size & style for me. I also love that you can see how the outfits look on real propke, not just models.
Another +1 ModCloth's customer service is spectacular but their clothing can be hit or miss. Read reviews before ordering and don't be bummed if some pieces just aren't what you were expecting because a lot of their things are great!
