As for FSBO, *every* seller thinks their house is worth more than it is; it's just realtors looking to make a commission quick that bring them down to reality. OP, if time is on your side, line up a real estate attorney, and walk up to houses you like and explain you are looking buy their house if they are interested. [/quote]
