We have this one-- http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00AESE3T2/ref=pd_aw_sbs_4 Bought it on craigslist for $600, and it was only partially disassembled so it wasn't as bad to put together. My 5 and 3 year old love it and their friends do too--once when they were gone with DH, my 9 year old DS had a sleepover and he and his friend slept in the girls' bunk bed. It is a pain in the ass to change the sheets on the top, but impossible to fall out, and it is nice to have the storage it provides. We all lay in the big bottom bed to read stories at night; DH installed a strip of LED lights under the top bunk so it's great for reading.
I saw that one too but I was afraid it seemed harder to climb up to the top bunk. Does your little one get up there easily?
The kids climb up no problem, but it hurts my feet unless I'm wearing slippers. My youngest was still 2 when we bought it. And the price on Amazon is twice what it is in the furniture store where we live (Colorado).
