We have a wolf range and a separate wolf microwave, oven, warming drawer combo. I like that combo and we use the warming drawer quite a bit. The microwave is convection so theoretically we could use it for some things we would otherwise do in the oven but frankly we have never had a need for a second oven and we cook a lot. There is enough space over the oven tower for a vertical tray cabinet which is also super useful.
This is what I have also. I tend to use the convection (wall) oven more often than the gas one in the range, but there are a few times a month I use both ovens.
Our range is just a range, no oven (there are drawers below it for pots). So we have just one oven. OP it might depend on your cooking style - we entertain quite a bit but I guess use the stovetop or the grill more than the oven. Sounds like others do more baking. For thanksgiving we do baking before the turkey goes in, and then any last minute oven uses after the turkey comes out. The warming drawer also comes in handy.
