Actually, I didn't lose weight when I started seriously lifting, but I noticeably leaned out. I lost inches of fat from my hips, waist, & thighs and dropped a dress size. And I feel so much better! More energy, stronger, and just generally love the way my body treats me when I take care of it [/quote]
