Is Powell your neighborhood school?  If so, you can check out Stokes and if that doesn't work out for you then you've got Powell as a fall-back.

It's really easy to say to your neighbors "we're all in this together" but when people can, they bail out of Cooke as soon as they can get in to CM or Hearst or wherever they can get lucky.
