This is incredibly stupid and what a horrible attorney you must be. I came from a poor background and built two very successful businesses. Don't hire a lawyer to do this unless you are making a TON of money. Don't incorporate until you need to and don't hire an attorney to do something so simple an adult chimpanzee can do[/quote]
