Your breath may stink for the first few days and your tongue will be white. That's normal and good (toxins being killed). 9. When you begin to fantasize uncontrollably about what fatty and horrible foods you're going to gobble down when you're finished, its time to stop. Seriously. No point in doing a juice fast if you're just gonna pack the lb back on as soon as you take your last sip. Better to do a shorter fast and have it stick than to do a long one with a weight loss you cant maintain. [/quote]
