We had Perfect Fit install plantation shutters in our house.  We were referred to them, and had in turn referred someone else to them.  We were very disappointed in our customer service experience after installation.  Sadly, I believe we were actually dealing with the owner. I would not recommend Perfect Fit based on our experience. We've used Perfect Fit in two different houses as have family and friends.  I would highly recommend them.  I think there was a thread a few months ago where several others recommended them as well.  FWIW, we've used next day blinds as well and they have been fine.[/quote]
