I've run daily since I was 14 (with the exception of two pregnancies) and I'm now done. I basically broke my feet and strained my knees to the point that I will eventually become very arthritic. I'm trying to bike and swim more (although the biking is also tough on my knees) and I'm so sad about having to start over. So, I give credit to the crosstrainers (not to be confused with crossfitters!). I wish I had done more of that when I was younger. [/quote]
