It will be another 10 days. At that point I tell him I no longer want to do Business with him (or Bray and Scarff) and he tries to make me pay for the incorrect part. And Bray and Scarff "customer service" refused to refund the money I paid him for the first visit he made when he ordered the wrong part. Just had to get that out and vent (catharsis). The happy ending was that I called Skip's Appliance Repair. A man gave me a 2 hour appt window. Called me 30 minutes before his arrival and looked at my washing machine. He had the part in the truck and fixed it on the spot. Never again Bray and Scarff. Would not wish them on anyone.[/quote]
