I called them and they came 2 hours later.  The nicest serviceman ever opened up the motor, found the broken part, had a $38 replacement on his truck and I had a working dishawsher in 45 minutes.  It would still be broken with Bray and Scarff.  They called this morning to give me my estimate and did not think it was strange that it was two weeks late and anyone can look up the price of a part on the internet.  Use Bettar - they could not be nicer!!![/quote]
