We're all engaged in our own, personal single case design with our kids. There are so many people who are willing to sell so much crap to parents that parents have to become their own consumer advocates. Do your research on what is feasible and what isn't/ There is good evidence for a lot of interventions. Meds are effective for ADHD on a short term basis. Cognitive and behavior therapy is more effective, but takes longer to administer. There is evidence that diet helps some kids. There is evidence that supplements like fish oil help some kids. There is evidence that exercise helps. There is some evidence that video games may help train executive function. [/quote]
